Continue the review of C0103-4 – VTS OJT Instructor / prepare input for VTS55

Updated version of the Model Course is on the file share – taking into account the feedback received (thank you!)  We will focus on a review of the teaching points identified in the feedback.

A proposed restructure of the modules is also provided – noting that the content agreed in the existing structure would be retained, but the module structure would be revised – to be discussed!
